Croatia 2026 World Cup home and away kits
Nike designed Croatia’s 2026 FIFA World Cup home and away kits with a direct reference to the national team’s first match in modern history, played against the United States in 1990. The home shirt uses Croatia’s iconic red-and-white checkerboard pattern, reworked in smaller squares than recent kits and separated by a white central panel carrying the HNS crest and blue Nike Swoosh. Blue side details and small blue-and-red shoulder accents complete the design, connecting the modern shirt with the checkerboard identity worn in that symbolic 1990 fixture.
The away kit translates the same checkerboard identity into a dark blue and royal-blue colourway, with the check pattern covering the sleeves, shoulders and sides of the jersey while a cleaner blue panel runs through the centre. A white Nike Swoosh appears beneath the centrally positioned Croatia crest, with thin red accents on the shoulders and sides. Both shirts include the inside-neck message “Family,” representing the unity of the team, supporters and nation; the collection is also Croatia’s final World Cup kit produced by Nike before the federation changes technical supplier.
