Chance Liga is the top division of Czech football. Founded in 1993 after the creation of the Czech Republic, it currently features 16 clubs and uses a regular season followed by split groups to decide the final standings. The current Chance Liga champions are Slavia Prague, winners of the 2025–26 season. The clubs with the most Czech top-flight titles include Sparta Prague, Slavia Prague and Viktoria Plzeň. Each season, the lowest-placed clubs enter the relegation system linked to the Czech second tier.
