Czechia’s badge is a red shield with a white crowned lion standing rampant in the centre. The top edge carries a narrow blue-and-white detail, connecting the mark visually to the Czech national colours.
The lion is the key symbol of Czech football because it comes from the historic Bohemian lion, the main figure in the Czech state coat of arms. Its two-tailed form has represented the Czech lands for centuries and remains one of the country’s clearest national emblems.
