adidas designed Argentina’s 2026 FIFA World Cup home kit with the traditional white and sky-blue vertical stripes of La Albiceleste, using three shades of sky blue inspired by the shirts worn by Argentina’s World Cup-winning teams of 1978, 1986 and 2022. The shirt includes gold adidas branding, a gold AFA crest with three stars and the gold FIFA World Champions 2022 badge on the chest, reflecting Argentina’s status as defending champions. Dark navy shoulder stripes, sleeve trim and collar detailing complete the design, while the back of the neck carries “1893,” the founding year of the Asociación del Fútbol Argentino.

The away kit uses a black base with large swirling blue graphics inspired by Argentine traditional motifs, including stylised floral forms and climbing plant shapes across the shirt. White details appear on the adidas Trefoil logo, collar and sleeve trim, while the AFA crest, three stars and FIFA World Champions badge remain prominent on the chest. The away jersey also features a bespoke “Argentina” neck detail placed with the Sol de Mayo, and forms part of adidas’ 2026 away collection that returns the Trefoil logo to the FIFA World Cup stage for the first time in 36 years.
