FC Südtirol’s badge is a circular crest with a white outer ring, the club name “FC Südtirol” at the top, and “Bolzano · Bozen” around the bottom. The centre shows a black-and-white football placed over a red-and-white diamond pattern.
The red and white colours reflect both the club’s identity and the wider South Tyrol region, where those colours are strongly associated with the province and the city of Bolzano. The bilingual “Bolzano · Bozen” wording underlines the club’s home city in a German- and Italian-speaking area.
The club’s modern identity dates from the 1990s, when SV Milland’s football section became FC Südtirol-Alto Adige in 1995. In 2000, the name was simplified to FC Südtirol as the club entered professional football.
The current badge is a refinement of the logo used from the club’s 1995 relaunch, with updated red tones, a renewed diamond pattern, and the old “Alto Adige” wording removed.
