Amazonas Futebol Clube’s badge is a black-and-yellow shield with the word “AMAZONAS” across the upper section, vertical black stripe elements and a large jaguar head in the centre. A golden laurel sits below the shield, while three stars appear above it.

The jaguar is the badge’s main symbol and is also the club’s official mascot. Amazonas describes the onça-pintada as an iconic animal of Amazonian fauna, linked to the region’s biodiversity and chosen to reflect the club’s identity. The black-and-yellow colours form the club’s aurinegro identity.

Amazonas was founded in Manaus on 23 May 2019, making it one of Brazil’s youngest professional clubs. Its badge was designed by Roberto Peggy, one of the club’s founders, and the jaguar has been part of the visual identity since the early versions.

The three stars were added in 2023: one for the 2019 Amazonas second-division title, one for the 2023 Campeonato Amazonense, and the larger central star for the 2023 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C title.
