Sassuolo’s crest is a shield-shaped emblem edged in green and black, divided into four fields with a central banner reading “U.S. Sassuolo.”  The most distinctive panel is the top-left quarter, showing two stylised flowers behind three vertical bars, a motif lifted directly from the municipal coat of arms of the city of Sassuolo.  

The top-right and lower fields repeat the club’s trademark black and green stripes, underlining the Neroverdi identity established when these colours were adopted as Sassuolo’s main palette.  

Between the broader lower stripes sits a classic football, making the badge’s sporting nature explicit.  This overall design has been in use, with only minor refinements, since at least 2001.
